Only knock on the property was one exterior garbage can was overloaded and bags of garbage on the ground next to it.

The entrance of the hotel
Was always dirty with trash bins full , receptionist will question about how much food you are taking at breakfast , had to ask for toilette paper and shampoo /the male employee was the only one that was a good profesional / always willing to help and talk and offered advise on places to visit

Staff at check in was extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself is old and could be cleaner. Carpet had stains and we found some hair in the bed. We had no other major issues thougt, it was quiet and the bed was relatively comfortable. But I dont think I would stay here again.

"Very well appointed house near Hendrick’s Butte in a lovely Eugene neighborhood near campus. I don’t remember seeing it in the description, but it has a mini-split heat pump so it offers cooling during a heat wave, which is nice. The house has everything you might need for a stay in Eugene."
