"We were in a handicap room with roll in shower. Shower was broken - shower head would not stay in place. Loose valve made it difficult to adjust water temperature. No extra toilet paper in room so we had to run down a custodian to get some."

"We came for our son’s graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. The hotel was an average rating. It was close, mostly clean, and we did have a breakfast. So it served its purpose. However, the main light for the room was broken and we were told they really couldn’t fix it because it was a circuit issue. There were exposed wires where the sconce light by the bed was. They didn’t want to fix that because they said it gets broken all the time. When we were getting ready at 5:30 am the day of graduation the lights in the bathroom section went out. So we finished getting ready in the dark but when we came back they had fixed the breaker! We left “Maid Service” on our door- but no vacuuming or cleaning was done, just new towels and made bed. "
