This 1 BR gives a cozy feel, making you feel at home while staying here. It is centrally located and 15 mins or less from almost everything! Located in DT Columbia’s historic community Earlewood. Minutes from DT, The Vista, Riverbanks Zoo, USC, Palmetto Hospitals, Township Auditorium, Colonial Life Arena, FT Jackson & all interstates. Blocks from Earlewood Park with walking trails, dog parks and a frisbee golf course. This quaint apartment is designed studio style. There is a queen sized bed made with clean, comfortable sheets for you to get a good nights sleep on. There’s an end stand with a lamp furnished in this space for you to unwind and read a book before bed. A sofa and 50” SmartTV are located in this same space for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies on. Located behind the sofa is a desk for any business that needs to get taken care of while your here visiting. Off this room is a small dining area space. There is a table with seating for 2 surrounded by large windows offering plenty of natural light. The Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you will need to make a home cooked meal or for you to enjoy takeout from a local restaurant. There is a beautiful wooden countertop that has seating for 2, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee that is also provided for your pleasure. There is a washer and dryer located in the kitchen for you to wash all your laundry before heading home. The bathroom has a stunning tile work in the shower/tub combo. There is a single vanity for you to put all of your bathroom essentials away. Everything listed above in Unit-D. Permit # STRN-003911-08-2023 There is a camera on the front of the property pointing towards the front yard. It is NOT active. The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser. No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes. While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment. First of all the minute I walked in the door. I noticed that the pictures that are advertised are not the same apartment that I was staying in. There was dead bugs on the windowsill Nats. There was literally fly paper hanging from the ceiling full of dead bugs this place is a rundown apartment advertise to be a luxury apartment not to mention the fact that it was 11 days without Internet there is no Internet in that apartment that they refused to fix it. They had their maintenance man who they called attack later come over and reset it 11 days and they would not refund my money they didn’t bother to move me to another apartment. They didn’t address any of the issues they did not fix the Internet these people every time you text them or call them. They just said I’m gonna get with the team that would’ve been winding, the team is Her and her husband they’re scammers they’re low lives. Don’t waste your money. I have pictures if you wanna see them you’re high-end furniture was probably from Goodwill. Their carpet was indoor outdoor is probably been in there since the 70s and not there was no cleaning supplies. They’re basically cleaning supplies that they list was a mini bottle like a sample bottle of dish detergent and a few laundry pods there will stop kitchen that you can prepare meal and if you bring your own spoons cause they only have 1 teaspoon no can opener, empty salt and pepper shakers this place has nothing.
