The renovation appears to be very new if not brand new and beautifully done. It was spotless and all the contents appears to be brand new as well - from the furniture to the dishes. There is also easy access to restaurants, as well as grocery stores: Publix/ I liked the cozy furnishings as well as colorful decor..Everything inside is modern while beautifully decorated .
