We had booked a room there and when we arrived they had us going to the second floor, but the elevator was out of order. My husband could not walk up the stairs, so they took a room that they are in the middle of remodeling and let us stay in it on the first floor. When we were coming back home we did not have the same opportunity and had to stay at another crappy hotel. The room wasn’t that bad but the whole bathroom was d.i.y when you turned the sink on the whole floor starts flooding, the shower head was leaking, the toilet needed to manually drain from the tank, and the door doesn’t stay closed. We also asked in advance if someone would be at the desk early in the morning and they told us yes but when we got there we waited for over 20 minutes so we just left.
