"Great place to stay where there are many restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Initially concerned about late night noise from the really cool place next door called Pins Mechanical, but we did not hear any noise. Will definitely stay here again when we come for a Dayton Dragons game. Didn’t really like having to download an app to park in the lot across from the hotel. I would have only taken a half star off for that, but there wasn’t an option. "

"Check-in was fine but once we got to our room, the smoke detector battery was dead, so it was chirping. The window was open and couldn’t close it. So we were moved to another room that room didn’t have a shower curtain so we were removed again with third row Camee to find out when we try to get ready for my grandmother’s funeral that the hot water wasn’t hot it was lukewarm and the outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t get ready in the bathroom. Then later on that night on the second night, there were kids in town for the basketball tournament that were extremely loud under us. We complained and were told that they couldn’t do anything because they were guests as well at the hotel. This continued until midnight. And then started back up around 9 o’clock when I went down and complained again in the morning because I caught children running up and down on my floor that didn’t belong on my floor. Nothing was ever done about it. So I checked out a day early requested my refund for that third day and I also want a refund for my entire day. My daughter also was at that hotel and had throw up in her bathroom and had to be moved."

"I was in Dayton for the OHSAA DIV III Boys State Semifinal game on Thursday nights but. Our stay was excellent! The young man at the check in counter named Marcus, made sure to check to see if I had any Marriott hotel points to use towards our stay and we did! We were able to check in and out with no wait time ! Our stay was awesome! March Madness friendliest Hotel!! Respectfully, Bobby Starks "

"Rooms clean and updated. Hotel very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and quiet. Breakfast had a wider selection than most hotels. Way more bang for the buck at such a low cost."
