The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime.

The room and bed was very comfortable. The tea/coffee making facilities were not good. And the original staff member I spoke to was quite rude and unhelpful.

The staff at the hotel and its restaurants was amazing. Very proactive and helpful, but discrete. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The turn-down service every evening was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you need some r&r and want a location close to the Cotswold for day trips.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast and restaurant food. Could do with half net curtains at windows in room 3 so that residences up the hill cant look in.

The hotel is currently not staffed at all except for breakfast. There is no one available to check you in and no restaurant or bar. Nowhere on Expedia does it say this. I had to call to get someone to let me in the hotel, then another guest had taken my room key in an envelope by mistake (all self service) so someone had to drive down and work out what had happened. Very inconvenient. Parking also limited. Breakfast was good though.
