Property looks great in photos, but the reality was very different and many important details were missing from the listing.Check‑in was polite but overwhelming, and several things we were told turned out to be incorrect. We were instructed to inspect the apartment on arrival and document issues, which felt unusual for a property presented at this level. We found scratches, a dirty counter, dog hair, and other signs the unit wasn’t properly prepared.Access to the apartment was inconvenient. Instead of a connected garage, we had to walk outside on completely unsalted, slippery paths while carrying luggage. The garage itself was extremely tight. Inside, the apartment looked nice, but the walls were thin and noise carried easily throughout the night. Several key details were not communicated: needing to scan a QR code for essential info, cleaning requirements before departure, scheduling a checkout inspection, reserving the sauna/gym, and the fact that no extra towels or toilet paper are provided. Reception was slow to respond, and our scheduled checkout walkthrough never happened.The stay might make sense for a full group of 8, but for fewer people the value simply wasn’t there.
