The hotel was fine and my frustration was with a lack of flexibility on what I think should have been a small point of service. Two aspects: I selected via Expedia for hotels with car charging facilities. The Prieuré came up within the list so I presumed it was equipped. It wasn’t - ok, not their fault. The following day I found a car park with charging and charged there for 6 hours at a cost of 15 euro. I had also paid the 15 euro daily parking charge at the hotel. Again, ok. When checking out I asked if I could leave my car in the garage until 4pm rather than the usual cutoff of 2pm - I was even prepared to pay the extra time. Non! I outlined that in addition to the wrongly listed car charge and the inherent costs, my room had also not been serviced. Still ‘Non!’. It’s the inflexibility which is upsetting and will guarantee I don’t stay again.
