"The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "

"Wonderful stay at Hotel L’Arboisie! Staff were very friendly and courteous. The services were excellent including the shuttle services that takes you to Megeve town and to the slopes. We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. Would greatly recommend! "

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8\. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. "The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

"Chalet - spacious, warm and welcoming.Two families stayed here and had a wonderful time, perfect location for restaurants, ski rental, walks.Layout of house, meant we could all eat together and spend time together, while still having our own private spaces. Children loved the table tennis area and adults loved the sauna. Good for snow days, where some could still relax and sledge."

We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. For the price I think it’s great value. "
