"Check in was a breeze. Did everything through text and recieved a code. It worked great cause we were arriving late. Room very cute and clean. Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever. Will be back at this very cute place."

"The good: The pool is heated and the staff do an amazing job turning down the property getting the fire pits going in the main circle. The owners are extremely nice and the staff were always helpful! The rooms were extremely clean and smelled nice, too. The complimentary eye patches and mints were a nice touch in the rooms. The lounge was gorgeous and inviting. There is a trolley stop right outside of the property and they’re extremely dog friendly! Room for improvement: I would have liked the lounge where the complimentary coffee was stored to open at 7am as posted, though. The fire pits in the pool area were not turned on in the evening and the outdoor theater never played anything while we were there. I’m note sure if these would have been available by request as we didn’t ask. The towels at pool area were not always stocked and the parking lots and surfaces on pickleball court could have been blown off every morning or evening to clear the debris that was mounting up each day. All-in-all the property was one of the nicest in the area and located in a nice spot near downtown, restaurants, grocery store, and ice cream! The staff were helpful and sweet. The feel of the property was luxe and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would definitely stay again in the future!"

"My review goes half-half. First 1/2: The hotel is in a good location; the room was fine, the beds were fine, and the bathroom was also clean and nice. Second 1/2: The front desk person was not nice or willing to help; I am an ADA-compliant person with limited mobility, and the order was made via Expedia (as they call 3rd party), room was under the building; there was no elevator (was in their ad), and I had to go up and down the stairs many times. I asked for a room change, which was denied (see above, 3rd party); it was a nightmare every day to go ups/downs on stairs. The TV was not working (no signal every 10 to 20 minutes), and it has not been fixed despite our request; the restaurant affiliated with the hotel was very nice, the menu was reasonable and not expensive at all. Finally, BW never gave us a 10% discount; we, as seniors and AARP members, deserved to have it. Final thoughts: read these comments before you choose to select/book this chain of hotels. And they are not cheap."
