With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. This home has A/C in the main living room and Primary bedroom. Lower level stays cool. Indulge in luxury with two king-size beds, a queen-size bed, and two full beds spread across the 1923-square-foot home. Whether you\`re lounging by the gas fireplace, enjoying a meal prepared on the gas BBQ, or connecting with loved ones using the provided internet, every moment promises to be memorable. Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay, and our pet-free policy ensures a pristine environment for all guests. Vacation Rental Agreement- This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management (also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The Property Manager will notify the Renters when their reservation is accepted. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released. Policy: The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager. Reservation Policy: We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following: 1\. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by our negligence. 2\. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival. 3\. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See disclaimer below. 4\. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items. 5\. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through. 6\. There are no refunds for early departure or no shows. 7\. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions. 8\. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival. 9\. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $100 for unbagged trash. 10\. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging. 11\. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50 12\. This is not a party house. 13\. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. 14\. Pets are not allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the property manager. 15\. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum stated occupancy. 16\. Please check when your check in time is. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to extra rental charges. 17\. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental. 18\. Please look at the cancellation policy. It is very spacious, beautiful and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed it as a family with young children, there were many nice touches that made it family friendly including nightlights, a stool in one bathroom for kids to reach the sink, and a playroom with an arcade game downstairs! The house is very quiet and nicely tucked away on the mountain, but also extremely close to town. Just about everything you need is within 10 minutes away! Our highest compliments to the Hosts for cultivating an Incredible Vacation rental. The hosts have thought of everything. While we didn't bring children, the place would be great for that as well. Do not let the unassuming looks from the outside fool you, this place is total Class, 4 bedrooms with their own baths, every room with great views, great finishes, every need taken care of. The views, the space, the cleanliness, the stylish modern decor… all of it. Not to mention the spectacular location right in the middle of Estes Park. We even saw elk on the hill daily. We stayed for our wedding weekend and the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The entire wedding party actually got ready here. The gentlemen had enough space to get ready downstairs while the ladies had the upstairs. The host was also EXTREMELY responsive to anything we needed. We absolutely hope to come back.
