This place was close to all the amenities and was a comfortable beach side bungalow for grampa to entertain his grandsons and his kids. Cool place. A kitchen to take care of family needs and a step away from beachside bar. The unit itself great for 5 and has 2 nice bathrooms. We had access to snorkeling equipment, beach towels, beach chairs and a great sandy beach.

We got a true dose of the life experience on the island staying here. The entire experience was MAGICAL!!!! Me and my family will most definitely staying again when we come back

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire Village. While there was an initial minor discrepancy in locating the specific property due to the multiple sites, our designated accommodation proved to be exceptional upon arrival. The premises were impeccably maintained and offered a high degree of comfort. We found the cleaning staff, particularly Euta, to be very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped, and all necessary pool and beach amenities were readily accessible. The on-site restaurant provided standard American breakfast options, though a wider variety was desired. However, their lunch and dinner selections were notably delicious. The pool area offered a pleasant and relaxing environment for children. Our accommodation also afforded us breathtaking views of the adjacent harbor. While communication with the owner was excellent, we noted that the front desk staff could benefit from enhanced customer service training. We would certainly consider returning to Sapphire Village for future stays.

My wife and I stayed at 'Villa Poinciana' at The Hills for five nights for our 10th anniversary. The Hills location is far enough off the beaten path that there was not much noise or vehicle traffic in our area, yet close enough to be very convenient to get into Cruz Bay via a quick taxi ride of about five minutes. Though not far from town, I would not advise walking into Cruz Bay from this location, as the roads are quite steep with little room on either side of the road for foot traffic in many areas without walking on the road itself. The villa was extremely clean and as advertised. The view over Cruz Bay was simply amazing from the living room and balcony. I highly recommend this villa and The Hills in general. Scott, the on-site concierge, was friendly, very knowledgeable of the area, and a nice source of answers for any questions we had. We enjoyed chatting with him periodically and he was always sure to ask if we needed anything and how our stay was going. We had a wonderful time!

Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.
