"This might be a bit of an old-school perspective on hotel reception staff, but my observation is that the attire is inappropriate. An employee dressed like that is fit for going for a walk—not for welcoming guests."

"This hotel is awful! Very dirty and run down. The whole place needs to be refurbished/remodeled or just knock it down completely. Found a condom wrapper behind the nightstand! The listing said there would be a fridge and microwave and neither were in the room. Couldn’t get any local channels on the tv. The door to the room was a mess. Could barely open and close it and the dead bolt needs repaired. The front desk was nice but that was literally the only positive. I will never stay here again!"

"I was publicly shamed for the credit card I used upon checking in. I was humiliated in front of the entire lobby. Additionally, for paying almost $400 per night, our view was of the roof hvac system. The room quality was barely average. I originally thought booking this hotel would be a nice way to spend my birthday. Never again. I’ll save my money and stay ANYWHERE else."
