This hotel was really amazing from the moment you step in it.The train station is inside the basement of the hotel,there is a mall attached to it and food mart too.The breakfast buffet is world class probably the best I’ve tasted in Asia.It is walking distance to Dotonbori.They provide toiletries,skin care,slippers and they have pajamas you can use everyday.The staff are very helpful and polite.I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Osaka.

Laundry is the best. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. It’s just the moldy smell inside the bathroom. It was clean and can’t see any mold but the smell was there. We had to turn on the exhaust fan for a while and yet every time we entered bathroom, we could still smell it. Other that that, it was great.

"You check in yourself, you really don’t deal with staff unless you need something..the rooms were clean and had the amenities needed, except iron which you need to check out at front desk. They provide razors, soaps, toothbrush, etc…the beds and pillows were comfy…location close to station and close ..."
