"Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service I was running late for check in, with the hotel’s written policy stating an 11 PM deadline, and I started to panic as I had my whole family with me in the middle of nowhere. I called the hotel and spoke with Grilee, who was absolutely wonderful. She was not only extremely pleasant and professional, but also immediately put me at ease. She calmly explained everything in detail and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. That kind of genuine customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you’re travelling with family and already feeling stressed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and Grilee deserves special recognition for making our arrival so much easier. I would happily stay here again."

"The staff were great! Half the town had a power outage and it was a very difficult situation for everyone. Especially the hotels and restaurants. This hotel was among the few that had power and the staff were extremely nice and helpful which I appreciated very much considering we had the worst experience of our lives at the previous hotel which had no electricity whatsoever and were even lying to us about the severity of the crisis saying there was nowhere to even get food expecting us to just go sit in the dark and starve. We were leaving town to go to Edson for food when we discovered the east side of town had power. I’m so thankful we chose to rebook and stay at the Lakeview Inn instead. Thank you so much for rescuing and being so kind to us."
