"A complete scam. The property is a homeless shelter. Do NOT book yourself here."

"Pros: Really nice apartment with an unbeatable location near the park and great restaurants. 3 minutes from the 1/2/3. Nice balcony and good wifi, with a little kitchen stocked with cookware essentials. Bathroom is recently renovated and nice. Aside from some linens (see below), the place was very clean. In the one conversation I was able to have with the property manager, he was polite and friendly.Cons: The apartment shown in the listing photos is not the apartment we rented. It was comparable...

"This was the perfect size for us. The location was excellent for all of our activities!! Loved the neighborhood."

"Great neighborhood. Safe location. Host responded quickly. Clean apartment. No complaints. "

"The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!"

"New York City hotels can be very cold and indifferent, well, this place Is not, although everything is to the point, no extra frills, the staff is quite warm and very available to solve any situations very quickly. I’ve stayed in many places and almost none compare to the kind and available people who take care of this place and its visitors. Fully recommend, great central location super close to a nice park, restaurants and shops. Book it!"

"The place was clean, slept 4 of us comfortably, and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again."

"The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

"Great value! I would definitely stay again!"

"Great location and smooth check in/check out! Would def stay again!"

"Awesome place, ideal location!"

"Great location walking distance to time square was 5 blocks or so. There was a parking garage on the same block as the apartment which was nice and worked out perfect. The subway was about 3 blocks away which was convent to get around. All in all I felt secure in the apartment."
