We had an issue figuring out the ac. The location is ok to one side the Phoenix area seems run down but in the other direction are high rises and newer bldgs and restaurants. »

« L'hôtel n'a pas un charme fou puisqu'il est dans une zone d'activité derrière l'hôpital de Phœnix. La ville n'a pas vraiment de centre et ne propose que de peu d'intérêt touristique mais elle constitue une étape ou une ville de transit. Dans ce contexte l'hôtel est pratique, le parking y est gratuit, un bon wifi et un petit déjeuner très bien. Le personnel est accueillant. Donc un hôtel pratique et confortable. »

« Everything was great! We enjoyed our time. The AC worked well, the pool was great, the staff were even better! I was worried about the parking garage after seeing so many reviewers about it but it was totally fine- half a block away and there was security on scene the whole 5 days we were there. Never had any issues. »

« This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! »
