"I loved the location of the property and the beautiful views of the marina from our room. I do think it's time to upgrade the furniture in the rooms. They were pretty wore down. But the staff was great and i'd defintely come back."

"It was a terrific room for the price. To be honest, it sits in a part of Berkeley that can be kind of marginal so I wasn’t expecting much. All I wanted was a clean place to spend a night in proximity to Berkeley. I was actually quite delighted with the room. The parking was free and there was plenty of it. The hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again."

"The host was welcoming, but the house was freezing, one of toilets stopped working and the shower overfills. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and the owner was accommodating."
