Breakfast host was amazing. Wish breakfast went 7-10 instead of 6-9. Great exercise room.

The staff is absolutely fabulous. Very clean inside. I love the Keurig coffee machine in the room. It is a very quiet area. It is very close to Shopping Mall and LSUS, but you need a car. Well you always need a car while visiting Shreveport LA.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the property was clean and very well kept. I was extremely happy with my choice in hotels and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Most amazing people and place! We will book again when we are back in the Shreveport area next.

Seemed to be a safe location situated rught beside a police station. Room was clean, bed was comfy, morning staff was friendly... a good place for a quick drive through stop

Ok

Enjoyable, but had to move rooms because of Kareoke at the restaurant next door.

Great rooms. Only complaint is that their is no food available late in the evening.

Fantastic service! Our window was stuck slightly open but we didn’t complain about as it didn’t bother us too much. Staff were so nice we didn’t feel like complaining lol

Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus took me to my work location and to the airport. Room was clean and tidy. Meal at the restaurant was delicious.

I had an amazing time!! Every single employee I encountered from check-in to check-out was wonderful and made me feel safe, as a solo female traveller. Big mention for the lady working the night shift at front desk during my stay, very nice and helpful! I’ll definitely come back for a stay next time I come to Shreveport.

Other than a couple glitches all went smoothly. Front-end staff were very concerned accommodating. Cleaning staff were loud in the early morning - not considerate of sleeping guests. The business center printer was not working. The cleaning products have a very strong scent. If a quest is sensitive to scents they can be accommodated by making this known in advance of arriving. The hotel set up an air purifier in my room to help disipate the cleaning product scent and used non-scented products...

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Shreveport. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, and the spa services are wonderful. I got a pedicure and gentlemans facial while here. Just across the river from the mall and Bass pro shop and walking distance to several good restaurants.
