"We have stayed at this property since 2013. It was great then and continues to improve. The cleanliness for an older renovated farmhouse is unmatched. Country living at its finest. Close enough to go to Elkins or to Fayetteville for whatever you want to do with a short commute back. I would recommend this house to anyone I know. Thank you Patricia for being a great host! "Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit...
