"I stayed with a group of college friends for a football game weekend. It was only a 1.2 mile walk to the campus and a little farther to the stadium. The neighborhood seemed safe. The 4 bedrooms had nice beds and everything was updated. Furnishings and supplies were comfortable and useful. The bathrooms and kitchen were very new and clean. There was even a wine fridge. "This cute ranch is very clean and well stocked for guests. We only had three people in our group, but the house can definitely host more people comfortably. It is very close to downtown Shipshewana and other surrounding shops and attractions. My only suggestion would possibly be investing in new mattresses.
