"Black spots in the ceiling (mold?). Hair on the mattress. No sheets, blankets or pillows. Tried to get bedding. Waited over an hour and left. Fighting for a refund."

"The apt was terrible! It had an awful smell there were bugs trapped in the mirror, the apt had gnats and flies. The manager came out and gave me a can of raid. It was absolutely horrible. Jan advised me she would give me some of money back but I have yet to see that. The bathroom tissue holder was ripped out the wall. It was terrible"
