« We rented this beautiful house for our daughter’s Clemson graduation. Lower level was a hit with the pool table! Kids and adults had a great time! View was beautiful and house had everything we needed. It was right before Christmas so we enjoyed the tree that was set up in the living room! Very clean and master bedroom and bath were amazing! »

« Our hosts and their home were excellent. The rental and all details were simple and they even checked in to see if we were good. This was one of the best VRBO houses we have experienced! Beautiful setting, immaculate house, all the necessities of home, and welcoming details. This is the place to relax!They have truly thought of all of the details/needs.We had family in and celebrated thanksgiving, expecting paper plates but there was enough of everything to use their dishes, even moved a few...

We stayed at the property during a UGA game weekend. Location is good for this purpose, if you want to be away from Athens after the game is over. »

« The house was perfect for our 19-member family ranging in ages from 3 to 69\. We prepared home cooked meals each day in the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dining space for all of us. Our three nights and days were filled with making memories together in the perfect place. We felt welcomed the moment we opened the door and found a decorated Christmas tree and the large tv’s displaying holiday screens and playing quiet music. The house was a great place to be together….or...

« Tom is an excellent communicator! He answered almost every question within minutes. The area is beautiful! The property is right on the lake with a large dock access and the house includes some kayaks, a fire pit area, and a hot tub. This was great for our family! We came in the colder time of year and it was great to unplug an look out at the view while playing cards as a big group. The house has ample space! It is larger in person than in the pictures and the view is really nice. Super quiet...

« Wonderful lakefront rental on Lake Hartwell. Renovated ranch style home with plenty of space for our 2 families. Owner was great with communication. Home was clean, well-stocked, and just as described in the listing. The property had a great outdoor space, and the dock was on a quiet cove perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. We also rented the owner’s boat during our stay. This was so convenient and the property managers met at our convenience to talk through all of the logistics of that...
