"It was a wonderful experience. A very clean and quiet space. Very peaceful walking around the grounds. Enjoyed just relaxing on outside patio with a view of mountains and the horses grazing in the field. It's way out of my price range but a special treat to myself. Someday I hope to do it again."

"We loved this property! I was nervous about getting there since it's a remote location, but once you find it (with helpful directions from the owner), it's easy to get in and out. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and well-stocked, and the view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance is stunning. We also loved the view of bright stars at night. The owner checked in via email and was very responsive and friendly. It's a short drive to Abiquiu and we loved being settled in the area for sight-seeing but not in a hotel setting. We went to Purple Adobe Lavender Farm (where the owner gave us great recommendations for our day), Bode's General Store, Abiquiu Lake, Echo Amphitheater, Ghost Ranch, Abiquiu Inn Cafe, and the Georgia O'Keeffe Home & Studio - all highly recommended! "

"Fabulous stay. The casita is spacious, beautiful, well stocked with kitchen/cooking supplies, local guides and information, and a front seat to an abundance of nature in the pond. We watched a clutch of goslings grow under their parents' watchful eyes over our five-day stay and many other birds visit the pond. Tom is a kind, considerate, helpful and very knowledgeable host. Highly recommended!"
