"The morning breakfast employee was rude tried to charged me breakfast and I was suppose to get it free as a member, also the hotel charged $250 a night for incidentals charge my card $750 that is still pending. "

"Okay hotel if you're staying for one night. Smelled old and looked a bit outdated which I guess might not be as big of a deal breaker. The carpet could use a cleaning. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Bedding and towels seemed clean. Furniture showed signed of wear. Breakfast was very limited in options. Basically just have the waffles. However, the area seems safe. We left a canopy and camping chairs in the bed of our truck, and they were still there in the morning. Overall okay. "

"Overall, a convenient place to stay when visiting UC Davis. Clean, but carpet was stained. No microwave in room, but can ask to use one in breakfast area. Mattress and pillows could use updating. Train tracks nearby, so can hear the trains. "

"Decent hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. Good cereal options as well. And Cinnamon rolls! The room was very stuffy even after we left the AC on for 2 hours while we went to dinner. The bathroom doesn't have a fan so it gets muggy an d hot in there after some showers. The neighbor above us sounded like they were doing laps and the floor was creaky to make it worse."

"I always love staying here. It isn’t go to hotel. It’s always quiet, clean and in a close to the campus. The only thing that stuck out this time was my room had ants (mostly in the bed/sheets). But that is not a big deal for me and I am scheduled for the next couple of weeks here. I recommend this hotel to everyone!! "

"Everything was great - staff was very welcoming & friendly, the cottage was roomy & so comfortable & the close location to downtown Davis was perfect"
