The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable.
Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum!
The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice.
The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good overall, the pools and facilities are excellent but the food and drink in the restaurants is pretty average. Also, they close the main pool area all day for private events which is annoying.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is more like a 4 star at best as it is starting to show its age a bit. The breakfast was good, however, the staff could hardly keep up with the tremendous amount of people. The location of the hotel is fantastic!
