"From the moment we entered until leaving, everyone catered to your needs. Trish, front desk, moved the luggage cart to an end of hall entrance closer to our car's parking spot for easier use. The breakfast staff ensured there was adequate food, dishes, tables clean and cleared, etc. The room included a full kitchen, separate bedroom with charging stations that worked and 2 TVs with couches. The ice machine and a purified water machine was present."

"Had to use Uber to get to airport because sight said shuttle started at 5:30 and front desk said not until 6 and we are elderly and handicapped so was worried we could not run or walk fast to make flight boarding at 6:35am."
