"The girls at the front desk Dee always with a big smile on her face & Genesis (jenny) both beautiful and very nice no attitude. So awesome.. I highly recommend this place love the breakfast 丹 very clean.. I highly staff are great always on top of the clean linen which is available when needed . Yup 👍 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great place to stay while traveling or just want to enjoy knotts, soak city medieval times, there's Walmart, McDonald's outback steak house,as well as Buena Park mall.. all just mins.. away"

"Staff is always helpful and quick to help with anything that you may need. Maids are friendly and always smiling. Maintenance is always fixing and cleaning never see them just standing around."

"The stay was wonderful until being awoken at 6:30 am Saturday morning from a hotel staff member power washing the bricks in the front driveway. My room was on the second floor and was just above where the power washing was occurring. Why the drive needed to be cleaned on a Saturday morning when the hotel was full of people and not done on a day when the hotel wasn't as full - say a Monday or Tuesday morning. If you stay at this hotel, make sure your room is nowhere near the front driveway unless you plan to not sleep in."

Knott’s Berry Farm is directly across the street, and Disneyland is accessible via the LA Metro with about a 12-minute walk to the bus stop. There are also a few food options nearby, along with a Walgreens across the street, which adds to the convenience. The hotel itself was in decent shape overall. The grounds could use a bit more landscaping, but everything felt maintained and functional. The pool area looked clean and inviting. The room was simple and clean, though it didn’t fully match the “new rooms” signage. Some details, like the mirror frame needing paint, stood out. Storage and amenities were a bit limited, with only one hanger provided, and while there was an iron, there was no ironing board. Overall, this is a solid, convenient option for a stay near Knott’s or Disneyland, with a few minor upkeep and amenity details that could be improved."

"Found a bag of Raising Canes under the bed. I wonder if they cleaned the room. Had to go downstairs twice to get room key programmed. The lady at the front desk seemed like I was bothering her when I asked for help with the keys."

"The area surrounding the Villa Inn felt unsafe, which is not a direct reflection of the Inn, nut the room felt dirty. There was a cigarettes burn in the comforter. There was only two pillow on the bed, that didn't look clean. We actually checked in, walked into the room and walked out. "
