« Initially, I was shocked of how small this hotel is, with no elevator, no vending machine…. But it grew on me. Loved the layout of the room, the quaint decor… the only negative I have is the bed. This memory foam bed was way too soft, and I felt that the soft mattress was on top of a softer mattress. I like to sleep on my side, and I slept curved like a banana…. « I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars »

« This was an absolutely terrible experience. The property owner was completely unresponsive day of booking leaving us stranded with nowhere to go when we arrived. He never got us the check in details, and customer service was atrocious. Finally, 4 hours after the time we were supposed to check in we gave up and booked a hotel that cost us an additional $500.00 from what the booking was supposed to be.
