"We stayed for 2 months. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels good quality. Condo grounds and pool attractive and well-maintained. Great location, a pleasant 5 block walk to the beach in front of the Impressive Resort that is clean, with soft white sand. Bring your own chair or towel to sit on. We also walked to many nearby restaurants and a small grocery store. Took the local bus for 50 pesos to San Juan Mall for more grocery choice."

"The property met our needs for 3 weeks and loved the ambience of the condo complex. Did not like some of the surrounding area, but that is not the fault of the owner"

"Excellent location, close to many wonderful restaurants and very close to beach. And by close, we mean walking distance. We did not rent a car all week as the transportation infrastructure is very reliable. You must be able to climb stairs to access this unit but worth the effort. Building built very well, no noise from neighboring units. The only “noise” is if nearby resorts are hosting an event but none of us had our sleep disrupted during our 6 night stay. Would definitely return."

"Super clean unit, comfy bed, absolutely everything is provided to make the condo feel like home. The only downside was communication. It would have been great if questions were answered and requests were granted, but we figured it out......just remember, you're on Dominican time. A lot of ex-pats staying or living in the complex are there to answer questions and offer suggestions. The beach is about a 10 min walk, restaurants are nearby, and a bank ATM for Dominican Pesos is right around the...

"Loved our stay! 2 beds/2 bathrooms. Very spacious for the four of us. The kitchen was very well equipped. Smart tv, board games on site. Nice balcony looking over the pool. Our host, Cynthia, was fabulous! She answered any questions we had & set up airport transportation for us plus shared local information. She really helped us settle in. It made our stay extra enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!"

"We travelled as two couples and found this unit very suitable for our needs. The beach was steps away and the beach bar was great. The Unit itself was a bit worn but the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach kept us outside most of the time. It was good value for the cost. We'd stay there again."
