Casa Decu was a perfect location to stay during our visit to Mexico City. The area was very safe, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the people at the desk spoke English well. The rooftop breakfast was perfect and the room was very comfortable. It did have many stairs, but that was not a problem for us.

A fabulous stay! ✨The hotel is so chic and cute and clean and modern. Obviously the location is really quite attractive. The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! There’s so much rich food around the neighborhood, and all the hot taco spots you could think of. Even the hot churro spots are nearby. Above all the hospitality is absolutely excellent. The staff are so warm and so friendly and they really get to know you personally. I want to especially thank Max, Natalia, and Adriana! Truly, they made each day I stayed here so much better with their warmth and joy. I also appreciated how there is 24/7 security!

Great location both for colonia roma norte and for proximity to avenida reforma. Big spaces in rooms, gym and exterior terrace.

Good location but be aware the. Noise This is not from outside. We could not figure out why we could clearly hear our neighbors. Seemed like they were in same room . We then noted that we shared a window and there was a little gap between the rooms. That is I could pass notes if I wanted to that is why I can clearly hear all conversations. It was very loud and I cannot sleep without my AirPods. My husband had to stuff our jackets in the crack in the window every night to get some muffling. Also, the beds are very hard. I am not that picky and I had to lay out pillows and make a pillow top mattress in someway. The faucet leaked in the bathroom, but not to the point where it caused extreme puddling. Shower was good. I did not eat breakfast. Good elevators. I would not stay here again. Staff was adequate and not overly friendly nor did they ask how everything was through our 6 nights. Honestly, the only reason I stayed was because it was prepaid.

Clean room. Noisy, but because it is right in the middle of everything that is somewhat expected. Better quality windows could have dampened the non stop traffic noise at night. The room was a bit on the auster side. You gotta pay extra for room cleaning. Not your traditional hotel, but very central. Used uber, so idk about parking. And never had a chance to check out the roof top bar. Mexico city is full of life and excitement and I would encourage everyone to visit. I wouldn't oppose returning to this hotel also.
