"The staff were good.
The food was good.
The rooms clean & neat.
Noisy, doors banging, loud talking, lights on & off shining in room. Kept waking us.

The beach was a couple of minutes walk and was large stones as opposed to sand, beach water shoes are recommended to get in and out of the sea easier.
Lots of restaurants nearby so plenty to choose from. Patagoinine (?) Steakhouse restaurant was beautiful and Restaurant Nuevo Sligo (chinese) was excellent too, both only a couple of...
"We had no hot water the 2 nights of our stay, the security gates were often left open and ,,,we had difficulty finding the place and could not get any English television. We thought it was overpriced for the service we received."

"Spent a week at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza and found it to be overall an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were outstanding with a special mention to Miguel Angel, Rocio, Mauri and Patino who were always welcoming and looked after us amazingly well. The reception staff were all excellent but again a special mention to Reguar who assisted with a late checkout.
The food in the restaurant was always good with a great variety of dishes available at each mealtime. My only grumble was that the veg were a little over cooked.
The hotel has a lovely pool and several terraces you can use if you are not a fan of the beach. If you do like the beach it's only a ten minute walk away.
Thank you for a great stay. "
