Views are amazing. Loved the balcony.. Reception staff were great and we had a choice of rooms as the hotel was quiet at this time of year. We arrived by motorbike and the receptionist asked where we were parked and said we could park it at the hotel.

The location was on the beach looking out over lavante beach Good breakfast Easy check in and out nice quite hotel. But no English chanels on the TVS not good
My partner and I booked a 2 night stay whilst we were already in Benidorm after discovering the apartment we were sharing with family to have a pre-pissed mattress and silver fish infestation in our room, whilst we waited for this to be sorted by management I chose the benokactus hotel because it looks nice and although located in the British quarter is quite far from a lot of the really loud bars which I don’t really mind but after sleeping for a couple of nights on a grotty pissy mattress (whilst wondering if one of us rapidly developed some sort of BO problem) we both just fancied a couple of quiet nights to chill out for a bit. The hotel was clean and tidy and for a 3 star hotel you couldn’t realistically expect more than what was offered, ended up on floor 10 which was one from the top, the view would of been cracking from the window if the weather wasn’t shite. First night there was great , no noise , good rest , woke up refreshed, second night ended up getting some new neighbours who didn't quite get the concept of a night out, although they managed the get drunk and make noise part rather well, failed to grasp the “going out” part , knocked once hands were shaken and apologies made, noise continued, knocked twice , same, gave it 30 minutes , went to reception, who came up and did nothing, noise continued. Blood pressure rising I decided if I knocked again it would turn into an argument, got to sleep at 0500 , woke up later. Left and necked a couple of JD’s.
Views are amazing and property is very well located. Having the pool was great as well!
