stayed here every year for last 5 years and felt it had declined.. they have a premier check in which bring a good member i stood and waited but they ignored me and people arriving after myself were being checked in /served before myself.. why have this service?? i’d rather not have it and que with everyone one else than being ignored.. told reception but he didn’t seem bothered.. my cleaner on the 7th floor (the level) was brilliant.. friendly and attentive.. pool always beautiful.. but still not enough beds

We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we have been to Benidorm and we are very comfortable there the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice we choose to have bed and breakfast and the food at breakfast is quality and a lovely selection for everyone for everyone we will definitely stay there again

Amazing hotel!

An amazing hotel with the comfiest beds and pillows I have ever slept in! Beautiful environment, staff very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again! We did not use any services as we stayed just one night, but I can’t wait to go back and try everything!
