Osama and Hamza were always pleasant and kind. The room is very comfortable, hot showers , air conditioning and immaculate clean. The best guesthouse in the whole Egypt. "Can just recommend the rayhana guest house. The owner is very friendly and willing to help all the time. I really enjoyed my stay there and would come anytime again. But I have to say that the beach close to the hostel is not really nice, so you have to go to nicer beaches by car most of the time. Only manko. The staff was also very nice and the rooms were clean and alright."

"L'hôtel est vraiment sympa, propre,confortable et à taille humaine. Comme il est au bout de la ville, il est nécessaire de prendre un taxi pour aller dans le centre (ceci dit il n'ya pas grand-chose à faire dans le centre) mais du coup, l'environnement est calme et il y a peu de bruit. Le personnel est vraiment attentif à nos demandes, réactif et sympathique. La plage, même si elle n'est pas super, est proche et il y a à disposition des chaises longues. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine."

"Family run hotel/b&b where everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful, much better than staying in a soulless chain hotel. The room is a stones throw from the entrance to the pyramids, and the view from room incredible. Hotel is able to arrange trip and tours guides, in our case arranging our tour for the next morning when arriving at 9pm. Oh and again the view! "

"The place was dirty, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, bugs in the bed. Still had last guest’s toothbrush most likely from 6 months ago given IT’s condition left on the hot water tank valves. Dogs running around the street at night fighting with each other. Looks nothing like IT’s pictures as posted. Will never, ever stay there again. Horrible place. "

"The property is situated right on the bank of the river Nile and our room had a view of the river. The roof top restaurant also overlooked the Nile. The room itself was large but very basic containing only a queen size bed and 1 small bedside cabinet. There was a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom had 1 of those folding doors which was off its track. No soundproofing there, you can hear people talking at all hours and chairs being pushed back. The food there is superb. "Over all it was a good stay. You can't get any closer and for a first look at the pyramids this is the place. It's a no-frills place but if you want good views, this is it. Also it may appear to be a in unsafe area but it is actually pretty secure and safe. They a plenty of YouTube videos that will show you exactly what to expect. "

"The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one"
