« This property just north of Leakey was charming and peaceful. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of four. It was easy for us to cook dishes for our family reunion we were attending. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The back porch was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and a country view. « The place was nice and cozy overall. The gas fire pit did have some buildup, which made cooking a bit difficult since it kept catching fire and creating a lot of black smoke. The shower water also took quite a while to warm up enough for a comfortable shower. Possibly due to the recent power outage, some breakers and outlets needed to be reset before everything was fully up and running.The host was very responsive and always just a text away, which was especially helpful while getting the...

« This view from the back deck is what makes this property! The deck furniture is super comfortable & we loved the fire pit that has the swivel grates so that you can cook right over the fire. The sunset views were so colorful & loads of stars at night. The beds are comfortable & the house was clean. Kelly, the host responded quickly to my messages. »

« Beautiful property! Very clean with lots of built in outdoor seating. Right on the river. The steps down were not too bad but you definitely get a leg work out coming back up. Plan before you head down to minimize trips. We had 6 adults, 2 children and an infant in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone. Large family room and kitchen was perfect for our group and the high chair and pack and play made it really nice. The downstairs bedrooms get a little warm at night but if you leave...
