In the entrance is a quiet sitting area for reading or visiting, as well as a small bar height table for additional eating space. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a serving bar and dining table. The spacious living room features tile floors and a propane fireplace. The Master bedroom has a king sized and queen size bed, with a large private shower/tub combo bathroom. Downstairs there are three additional bedrooms. One has two queen beds and large walk in closet, second has a single king bed, and the next one has a queen size bed and a twin daybed with trundle (sleeps2). There is another full-size bathroom with shower/tub combo downstairs. A washer and dryer, provided for your convenience, are next to a half bath downstairs as well. Towels and linens are included for your convenience. Upstairs is the fifth bedroom with two queen beds and full size daybed for additional guests (additional $100/ night). There is a large gazebo with a picnic table and chairs overlooking the Frio River and a fire pit provides an excellent place to just sit and enjoy the peaceful setting or visit with guests. Tubing, swimming and kayaking on the Frio River are just out the back door. Let us be your family and friends gathering place! The house is large and very accommodating for big groups of people. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the pots and pans you could ever need. They even supplied a coffee pot and a coffee grinder and a keurig! There’s lots of room to spread out inside and comfortable seating in the living room. There are indoor and outdoor games and the wifi worked great for us. The absolute best thing is the proximity to the river- it is right out the back door! Property manager was very responsive. We have stayed in 2 different properties and they are all amazing. The Oasis is a great comfortable home. With all the kitchen necessities to prepare any type of meal. We love the layout of the house with all the bedrooms in different corners of the house. The beds are comfy and so is the living room with plenty of seating. The gazebo out front is the best addition to sit and watch the river. Unfortunately we didn’t get to take too much advantage of it because we are in the middle of a heat wave. Right next to the river with some shallow parts that the kids played on. There was even a little dock/ladder that the littles used to climb down. The evenings were gorgeous as we could see so many stars. Took us a while to figure out the cooling but the property manager was super helpful and very responsive. We accidentally left one of my daughters cherished toy phones behind and he was kind enough to send to us. The location was great for reaching garner and lost maples very easily.
