« Très bon hôtel à Manhattan Downtown. Chambre spacieuse et bien cloisonnée entre espace dédié aux parents et aux enfants. Propreté et calme sont des points forts. Ambiance assez impersonnelle dans le hall mais cela ne dérangeait pas. Restaurant non testé. Hôtel bien placé, assez proche du métro et de commerces de bouchés intéressants. Accueil très professionnel. À retenir pour un séjour à NYC. »

« L'hôtel, la piscine et les chambres sont magnifiques. Nous avions une chambre orientée Nord (et cependant très lumineuse) au 18ème étage avec une vue dégagée sur Manhattan. La vraie richesse de cet hôtel réside cependant dans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son personnel. Les doormen, réceptionnistes et plus encore le personnel house-keeping ont été parfaits, multipliants les attentions. Nous sommes venues plusieurs fois à NY, mais résidions pour la première fois à Downtown....

"Personnel à l’écoute, la chambre vue sur mer était chouette ! Confortable à 4\. On avait 4 grosses valises, on pouvait en allonger 2 dans l’entrée en s’organisant. Petit dej au top ! Franchement il faut prendre avec le p’tit dej, super complet du salé au sucré vous commandez au chef et il vous prépare cela. On a eu une enveloppe avec 1 coupon pour la famille chaque jour jusqu’à 100$ au-delà il faut payer le supplément. Au fur et à mesure que vous passez la commande, le prix s’affiche sur la caisse du chef. C’était bien bon !"
