« Check in was friendly and easy. There’s only two floors and access is on the outside which was easier to bring luggage in. The breakfast bar wasn’t hot but provided great options to either grab and go or eat in the dining area. Ice and laundry facilities were clean and working. The room was clean and perfect for my stay! »

« The refrigerator didn't work in our room but they promptly moved us to a different room. The ice machine didn't work for the first 2 days we were there. They had it fixed on our third and last night there. I was charged an extra $50 for "incidentals and was assured that I would get it back after they checked and cleaned my room. « Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when...
