"Could use a few cosmetic fixes (a couple of holes in walls and plaster) and maybe a bit of an update in a cpl of areas (stairwell). Staff was 10/10! So nice and helpful. The drink coupons got me out of my room to people watch. Room was spotless and bedding was wonderful. The food offerings (breakfast and dinner meals) were terrible!!! If your going to offer meals make them good. Otherwise it's wasteful if it's inedible. I'd rather have less offerings with better quality options then alot of food out thats not good. It's the south which is know for it's food. Loved the popcorn machine. Nice touch. The pool and hot tub were well taken care of and nice. Great bonus for my stay."

"staff is very friendly and helpful but they did forget to put towels in the room. Very budget friendly. Coffee and breakfast is not too bad. I don't eat the sausage because it is always microwaved and not fried. Waffles and cereal and the other breakfast items are very good. always yogurt and juice as well as milk and cereal. I do not have any complaints except maybe the towel issue and I'm sure that was just a minor oversight. Staff is always friendly and kind."

"Great location in the historic arts district close to great restaurants, stores, waterfront, and the national quilt museum. Parking was on the street. Room in the annex was clean but smelled very musty. Also, what seemed like a rooftop compressor was extremely loud when it ran above the room. Other than that, the historic renovation of this building was very impressive and the materials were top grade."

"I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered room service food from the grill which arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The only thing I was wondering was why The Bridges didn't have room service. I did go to Bridges for breakfast and it tasted fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the casino with had a good selection of slots, but I would stay there even without gaming. I enjoyed it very much."

"Love KenLake. Breakfast was great and our cabin was clean. I wish they would update the bathroom and get rid of the dated bathtub. install a walk in shower—much safer and who actually takes a “bath” in a rented facility anyway?"

"very easy check in and all of the staff was extremely friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was well maintained, organized and fully stocked with towels. The free dinner, snack & soda service was a huge bonus! Breakfast was good too! Hot buffet and a nice variety. The one and only thing was the elevators were super slow, but that really didn’t bother me much as we took the stairs mostly. Hotel is 2 min from a gas station, walmart & academy sports! Mall is across the highway! Theres several nice restaurants in walking distance also! Perfect & safe location. Definitely a must stay, very budget friendly hotel. My kids LOVED it & We’ll be returning!"
