(1,146 reviews) When we checked in the woman working the front desk was on her phone and never got off while we checked in or 10 minutes later when I came out to tell her our tv remote wasn't working. But the far more annoying thing was our room was directly next to a back door. In the evening they lock the front door so guests can only come and go through one of the back/side doors. That door was insanely loud!!! Till one in the morning people were coming and going and every time the door closed it slamed shut and made our windows rattle. It's such a shame because other than those two things we actually thought it was a good spot. Very convenient and we loved having the separate living space. We would actually consider staying here again and say we had to have a room upstairs. and hope for better customer service.
