« The property was beautiful and in excellent shape the room was clean and quiet. Air was controlled by me which was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. Also very helpful as I could not figure out something and within 5 minutes they were there to help. The only thing I was surprised by was no tv streaming service and old fashioned what is on is what you can watch. Breakfast was good and plentiful. »

« I forgot to tell them our room had no water pressure. It was literally a tiny sprinkler coming out. I almost took the shower head off myself and tried to clean it out but I didn’t have time. It was clean, but looks like it’s being renovated. It could definitely be a little better. It was a cheap stay but you definitely saw the rust on the bathroom doors, the over flow sink would go all over the toilet paper, some of the lights didn’t work. But it wasn’t a terrible stay. Just could have been...

« Accueil sympathique et rapide, chambre bien équipée, cet hôtel est très bien entretenu. Toutes les chambres étant occupées, je pense que l’adresse est déjà renommée. Bien qu’il est noté qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, celui-ci est bien proposé gratuitement et est très correct. »

« Wonderful redesign of an old mill property, leaving details/structures within to be appreciated. That said, the architects did not take into account the control of noise from the hallways which didn't have carpeted flooring (about half of the first floor). The ceilings, walls & floors are all hard surfaces, allowing noises like the ice machine "dropping a new batch", or suitcases bumping along on the floor, or doors closing, etc. to be readily heard inside guest rooms in those hallways. ...

« Overall, the stay was just fine. Breakfast was hot and refreshed multiple times by staff as I sat eating. The staff was friendly, and the bed was super comfortable. Had a small issue with the door to my room not shutting/opening properly. (Room #430). Maintenance Staff happened to be walking by the front desk as I checked out and said they'd go look at it immediately. Overall, a good place to stay and I'd stay there again.
