"What can I say?? The photos do not do this amazing vacation condo justice! My best friend and I wanted a relaxing, yet exciting, vacation spot, and Claudia's condo was everything we hoped for and more! Walking and running on the beach each morning and drinking and dancing at the Sunset Grille each night provided the quiet and excitement we needed for an excellent time! Both the beach and the restaurant were minutes (minutes) from the condo! But the icing on the cake was the pool/hot tub that we literally lived in each evening! Talk about relaxing right before bed! The week we stayed was extremely hot, but Claudia's condo was just right! And, the view of the ocean from her condo was breathtaking, especially at sunset! We also went to Tampa, and it was not too far for a day trip! Finally, Claudia thought of everything, and I mean everything, you could ever want for an incredible beach experience! Kitchen and bathroom supplies were plentiful, and the bulletin board with instructions were so very informative! Both before and during our stay, Claudia was always available to answer any question we had, and she was always so pleasant and nice! I would highly recommend a stay at her beautiful home in Ruskin! We will definitely be back, and maybe I'll bring my husband!"

"We stayed fir the night for my birthday, We were able to check in early which was nice, very centrally located to everything. The property was very clean with everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. Only downside the resort restaurants close at 10."

"This two story condo had plenty of room and was well stocked for cooking, laundry, etc. Beautiful balcony views and lots of activities to choose from (beach, pool, kayaks). A short drive away was EG Simmons Park that we also enjoyed for a second beach location."

"We had gone for a brief family get together-my sister who recently had passed. She lived nearby in this beautiful area that is off the unbeatin path. We even met people from St. Pete that had never heard of Ruskin?.LOL I love this area and hope it never grows any bigger. Never had a need to make accommodations before but I will in the future to visit my family. Perfect place and location."

"Easy and scenic 40 minute drive to St. Petersburg which was our main interest. Your suite, though, and the location along the channel was interesting. We found everything we needed in the suite and found it clean, well supplied and close to the stores in Ruskin. Thank you."
