We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

The staff seemed friendly. It’s an older building. It’s showing its age and lack of a refresh, but generally very clean and quaint/cute. Decently well located and walking distance of a great small theater and a couple of really good coffee, shops and restaurants.

Clean room and friendly staff. Beds were pretty stiff and uncomfortable. Parking was challenging at night because hotel restaurant/bar was very popular.

When I arrived front desk was on a personal phone call. I stood there till they finished. When returning from dinner a man ask how to check in. I explained someone was at the desk when I arrived. We found a button to activate for help. Went to my room changed when I came back down still no one. They had to call to get someone to help him. Also $100 deposit was removed from my card I produced. It has yet to be out back in my account. Customer service was of no service. The property customer service wasn’t much better. Still waiting on my deposit to be returned.
