"The staff were super nice. Most things were clean but the pool could have been a little cleaner. The mattresses for both beds in our room were lumpy. The toilet was rocking and we were afraid it was going to break off. The knob to turn the water on the bath/shower was extremely loose and almost came off in my hand. We told the front desk about the problems. We declined to have them come work on it while we were there because we didn't want to be bothered. No way to fix the lumpy mattress short of replacing them but hopefully they fixed the problems in the bathroom."

"Great price for a 2 day stay but much needed improvement on cleanliness of rooms. Dirty grout in bathroom. High touch areas like light fixtures were visibly soiled. Fingerprints on all glass surfaces. Stray hairs on every surface including the kitchenette countertop. Probably won’t stay again even though I travel to the area frequently."
