"The property was well maintained and easy to use for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed pots/pans/dishes/utensils. We really enjoyed the fireplace. The listing wasn’t completely clear that the property was a part of a larger condo building with other guests staying right next door and there were a lot of flies and beetles on the floors and walls. "The hotel could use a little updating especially the bathroom fixtures and carpets. The room was okay, but it could use some more rigorous cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The hotel manager is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a little lean at the hotel, but the Hungry Duck in Black Duck is excellent home style food with great service. Pool was closed."
