"I plan to stay here again.
My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors.
My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji.
Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to.
(stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one)
I'm sold on the quality and service.
The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)"
"Very nice and cozy environment, very relaxing atmosphere and felt very secure because of watch dogs. I will definitely visit the lodge again in the near future."
"The dress of the employee's was very sub par, sweatshirts and t-shirts with not sure what on them. Breakfast was not maintained or clean when we were there, could see some things were out but never restocked.
Beds were comfortable!
TV did not work. "
"All in all it was just OK. I booked the hotel based on it having a pool for my kids and the pool was closed so that was a bummer. The rooms were pretty nice but had an odd smell to them. The breakfast was just OK--minimal but enough to jump start your day. The front desk staff gave great service. If you are needing a place for a simple, affordable night's stay where you are passing through then this hotel is completely fine for this."
