Not great
There is a braai in the unit (ie in the bedroom) that makes the room reek of smoke. Even opening all the windows didn’t help. Bedding was clean and comfortable but it is down feathers, which is not good for travelers with allergies to that and the smoke. The unit is central which is nice but it is extremely basic and overpriced

Place mats were disgusting dirty Maintenance needed overall Kitchen equipment was dirty Not enough glasses, cups, plates, bowls, etc. No oven mitts or breadknife Not enough cutlery of all sorts Not enough warm water Overall a very poor experience as this establishment is not up to standard!

Lovely place
Lovely place however I would suggest a carpet in the lounge area in front of the fireplace, tile floors are very cold and that would make it more cozy. Blinds in front of windows instead of the tired old curtians and a blind on the entry door.
