"This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai."

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"Room had a slight mold smell to it, but covered by a strong deodorizer. Room always felt moist even with the AC off and window open. My husband caught a very nasty cold. Housekeeping came when they wanted to literally at 7pm. When I wanted them they never came. Came when I didn’t need them. Kitchen supply very limited. Don’t supply things to clean dishes I paid for things to clean. And I was accused of using hand towels for cleaning the kitchen , when the washing machine is in the kitchen. It...

"Alors moi je pensais c’était un hôtel , j’arrive j’ai rien ni la chambre ni le code pour rentrer ds la chambre je devais moi appeler plusieurs fois pour avoir tous les renseignements et ça a 2heurs du matin le concierge m’a même aidé ou proposer de les appeler. Après ils ont débiter 120 dirhame sur ma carte bancaire je ne sais pas pourquoi se n’est pas normal . Pour moi c un mauvais plans mais l’appartement en lui même c’était bien sans plus merci "
